At Mickleover Schools Out Club, we provide a warm, welcoming and exciting environment where children can play, make friends and have fun before school, after school, on INSET days and throughout the school holidays.
We care for children aged 3 to 13 years, offering high-quality childcare that supports busy families while giving children the freedom to enjoy themselves in a safe and stimulating setting.
We believe childhood should be filled with play, imagination, creativity and laughter. That’s why every session is packed with opportunities for children to choose activities they enjoy, explore new interests, build confidence and create lasting friendships.

Our club has its own dedicated car park, accessed via Brierfield Way, making drop-off and collection quick, easy and safe.
Breakfast Club
Open from 7:00am
Our Breakfast Club provides children with a relaxed and enjoyable start to the school day.
Children can enjoy:
- A healthy breakfast (if required)
- Free play
- Games and activities
- Time with friends before school
Our experienced staff safely escort children to school each morning.

After School Club
Open until 6:00pm
After a busy day at school, children can relax, play and enjoy spending time with friends in our fun and friendly setting.
Our After School Club includes:
- Collection directly from school
- A healthy light tea
- Indoor and outdoor play
- Daily activities
- Plenty of free choice play opportunties
- Care until 6:00pm

Holiday Club & Inset Day
School holidays are all about fun at Mickleover Schools Out Club!
We provide exciting childcare throughout the school holidays with plenty of activities, special events and trips to keep children entertained.
Opening Hours 7:30am – 6:00pm
Flexible Sessions
Choose the option that works best for your family:
- Full Day: 7:30am–6:00pm
- School Day: 8:30am–3:30pm
Breakfast is available until 9:00am if required.
Children should bring:
- A labelled packed lunch
- A labelled water bottle
We are a nut-free setting to help keep all children safe.
A light tea is provided from 4:00pm for children staying later in the day.
Throughout the holidays we also offer exciting trips on selected days. Please see our latest booking form and holiday newsletter for details.
INSET Day Club
We also provide childcare on school INSET days.
If your child’s school is closed for staff training, they can enjoy a fun-filled day at our club with friends, activities and plenty of play.
