Experienced and Qualified Professionals
Our team includes childcare practitioners, playworkers, club managers and support staff with a wide range of experience working with children of different ages and abilities.
We are proud to have a mix of qualifications and experience across the team, including qualified teachers, degree-level childcare practitioners and Level 3 qualified staff. This blend of skills allows us to provide high-quality childcare that supports children’s individual needs, interests and development.
Many of our staff have worked with Schools Out Club Derby Ltd for a number of years, helping us build strong relationships with children, families and local schools. Their experience, dedication and understanding of child development help create environments where children feel confident, supported and encouraged to thrive.
All staff complete a thorough recruitment process and take part in regular training to ensure they remain up to date with safeguarding, health and safety, child development and best practice in childcare.
